Big Muddy Valley & Castle Butte
The Big Muddy Valley is one of Canada's untapped wonders. The valley has magnificent scenery which will take you back to the days of Sitting Bull and renegade outlaws. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the prehistoric forces that shaped the valley, centuries ago. Only a few moments south of Bengough, the Big Muddy valley will transport you to a time gone by.
Just south of the Big Muddy you will find the small hamlet of Big Beaver. Big Beaver is famous for it's business district. Over the years the local General Store owner has bought up the 4 stores that constitute the downtown and linked them together, forming a 4,000 sq foot mall who's slogan is: "If we don't have it, you don't need it".
